Our diamonds and gemstones we use are found across the globe. Ethical and enviromentally friendly pieces are a huge part of our work ethos and company.

We source our colored gemstones from a small and trusted network of contacts that we have built up over time that allows us to follow each individual stone from mine to the production of your unique jewel. Please note we use natural gemstones unless specified and thus will vary in size, color and contain unique imperfections due to their natural state.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your orders to be handmade and ready to ship from our online shop as well as bespoke commission's. We do our upmost best to accommodate rushed orders whenever possible so please contact us on sales@aurumstories.com prior to placing your order to confirm we can make your required delivery date.

After your payment clears and your order is completed at checkout you should receive an automated invoice. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder if it is your first time ordering from us.

We use DHL or Fedex. When your order is ready you will receive an automated email including your DHL/Fedex tracking number. For insurance purposes, all orders require a signature upon delivery, no exceptions.

We aim to make our jewels available globally, however unfortunately we are prohibited to ship to some countries by law. If you are having trouble placing your order, please contact us at info@aurumstories.com

All the stones we sell can be certified on request by reputable worldwide laboratories. Largely our minimalist jewellery designs with one significant stone come certified. All our Diamonds are certified by leading laboratories and we include the certification with our engagement rings.

We currently offer online consults and in person appointments only in Lusaka Zambia. This is certainly something we hope to do in the near future....watch this space.

Whilst we mostly source our own stones for our projects, we do understand that gemstones are only ours for a time. They come from the earth, often passed on through family members and return to the earth. We create bespoke pieces that celebrate every milestone and understand that remodelling unworn heirloom jewellery can both enhance the sentimental value of your jewellery and stretch your budget further. Remodelling and recycling is growing with popularity and its something we feel we can embrace in our bespoke creations allowing each design to remain as unique as the story teller.
