Refund policy
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. Thereafter you do not have the right to terminate an online order.
We cannot refund foreign taxes or custom duties on international shipping. Due to the nature of our pieces being bespoke and highly personalised these strictly cannot be refunded. Refunds will only be permitted if the order is faulty or misdescribed and the item cannot be repaired or replaced. If the item is misdescribed or arrives faulty, Aurum Stories must be notified within 30 days of receiving the item(s). If the item is faulty, Aurum Stories will repair the item up to six months after receiving the item. Aurum Stories will cover the cost of returning the item where an item is faulty.
If we are making jewellery to the measurements you have provided for us, you (the customer) are responsible to ensure the measurements provided are correct. For assistance in how to get these measurements please contact us at enquires@aurumstories.com.
