1. Personal Consultation

The first step in the journey is a Zoom or an in-person consultation with us. Through our discussion we get to know each other and this allows us an insight to your personal style, inspiration, aspirations and budget. Importantly, it allows us to hear the story you want to tell with your bespoke commission. From engagements, marriages, birthdays, births or any personal landmarks, we are honoured to help you tell your story and mark the occasion.

2. Mood Board

Once confirmed that you would like to go ahead with your bespoke piece, a deposit will be taken. Together we will then build a board of your personal style and jewellery taste.

This process needs you to be completely open and share every feeling, idea, likes and dislikes.

This allows your jewel to grow and become distinctively you.

3. Creating a Design

After getting a real feel of your personal style we begin to create a number of design variations. We then share them with you with unlimited alterations, until perfected. We will then walk you through our selection of the most suitable ethically-sourced gemstones for your piece. With our vast knowledge and experience of gemstones, we will guide you through all its details and characteristics (colour, clarity, cut and carat weight). This allows us to select the very best gemstones for your design and budget. Gemstone Certification is available from worldwide leading laboratories on request.

4. Your Jewellery in 3D

Once the the design has been finalised together, our team then develops the computer-aided design (CAD) and produces a wax model for your review.

This allows you not only to view your design in 3D that truly gives you the sense of your finished jewel but also gives you the opportunity to make any final alterations to it.

5. Crafting

The craftsmanship of your jewellery begins - We work with master craftsmen who have years of experience to bring your design to life. We are meticulous over every small detail ensuring perfectionism to each commission.

From start to finish your jewellery can take up to 6 weeks. We also offer solutions to a shorter timeline where possible. If you would like your commission sooner please drop us an enquiry.

6. Your Finished Jewel

The result is a design that tells your personal story. A bespoke jewel to be cherished forever.

When complete we hand over the jewel in person (where possible) or send it directly to your door via tracked delivery services.
