Shipping policy

All Aurum Stories pieces are handcrafted to order. Each piece can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture. We do our upmost best to fulfil orders and do our best to deliver to as many countries worldwide as is practicable. Costs and foreign taxes and customs duties are sole responsibility of the client. The delivery costs will vary depending on country of delivery and the total amount of the order. All orders are fully insured by tracking delivery services to ensure safe receipt of the items.
